By using this website, signing up for our emails or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Return Inwards offers one-to-one emotional wellness coaching, along with articles, guides, videos and emails about Emotional Templates and how they change. Coaching sessions are held online. The options and prices on offer are shown on our Work With Me pages, and you must be 18 or older to book.

Sessions are booked through our online calendar, and payments are taken securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. The price, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply to your booking, are shown at the time you book. Package sessions are scheduled after payment.

Coaching is a partnership, and you stay in charge of your own choices. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing, during and between sessions, including seeking any medical or other professional care you may need.

Everything on this site, including the Return Inwards Model and Method, our text, videos, guides and design, belongs to ASO Group Inc. You may read, share links to and use it for your own personal growth. Please don't copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

Our coaching and content are provided for personal growth and education. They are not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Our services are provided "as is". People are different, so we can't promise any particular result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ASO Group Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our services, or from decisions you make based on them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
