Privacy Policy

• Bookings: when you book a session, our calendar provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, the time you chose and anything you add to the booking form.
• Payments: payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details; we receive confirmation of the payment, your name and your email address, but never your full card details. For packages we keep a record of the payment, the package bought, your email address and how many of its sessions you have booked.
• Emails: if you sign up for our emails or free guide, we keep your email address, the dates you signed up and confirmed, and which page and guide you signed up from.
• Before you book: we keep a record that you confirmed you are 18 or older and accepted our Terms of Service, with the time and the option you chose. It isn't linked to your name or email.
• Analytics: only if you allow it, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used. Clarity never runs on pages with forms, booking or payment.

To arrange and run your sessions, take payment, send the emails you asked for, answer your messages and improve the site. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

The site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items that it needs to work: remembering your cookie choice, your theme and dismissed notices, and keeping your place in the booking steps. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page.

We use trusted providers to run the site and our services: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Sanity (content), Cal.com (booking), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudinary (images) and YouTube (videos, which load only when you press play) and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.

We keep information only as long as we need it. Booking and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for our accounts. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address marked as unsubscribed so we never email you again; ask us and we will delete it completely. Records of consent and of the booking step are kept as evidence of what was agreed.

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, change your cookie choice at any time, and ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by replying to any email from us.

We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
